I have Been trying to get my refund for an incorrect booking. I double booked and they refuse to offer me a refund when the guy working the desk told me I could get one. After calling several times and being told the manager is “not there” I just simply gave up. I will never come back here again.

At the Red roof inn the first room had blood and pee on the mattress I told the front desk and then he told me he didn't have no room so I told him to give me a same day so I can look for another hotel and then he tells me he has another room for me
